History
The Leo Kelly family started the course as a semi-private club in 1959. It sits on National Capital Commission land east of Blair Road that used to be the Blair Farm. When Kelly's lease ran out, the cities of Ottawa and Gloucester took it over as the PineView Municipal Golf Course in 1972 under a 50-year NCC lease, and an 18-hole executive course designed by Graham Cooke opened in 1991. After amalgamation the City of Ottawa ran the club until 2014, when the city's lease ended early and the NCC handed the course to a private operator.
