History
City Place Golf Club was a short course that opened in June 2000 as a temporary use of former railway lands west of the SkyDome in downtown Toronto. It was part of the CityPlace condominium development. Every hole was played from about 100 yards or less: the longest was 118 yards and the shortest 48 yards. It was always meant to be replaced by high-rise condominiums, and the CityPlace towers now stand on the land.
