History

Inglewood Golf & Curling Club is a non-profit, semi-private club on the banks of the Bow River in southeast Calgary, beside the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary. Its par-71 golf course dates back to the 1930s. The club is incorporated as Inglewood Golf & Curling Club (1980), and golf directories credit Doug Thomson with the course and give 1980 as its build year. It also runs a six-sheet curling rink in a log clubhouse.
