History

J. Gordon Thompson bought a 100-acre farm along the Medway Creek north of London's old city limits in 1932, and a nine-hole course designed by Stanley Thompson was in play by 1934, growing to 18 holes about a year later. The club later added a second 18 by C.E. "Robbie" Robinson, so it now has the Thompson and Robinson courses. Doug Carrick renovated the courses around 1999.
