History
The club's first course was laid out around 1920, when the club was organized as the Battleford Golf and Country Club. The club was renamed Riverside Golf Club in 1929 and North Battleford Golf and Country Club in 1933. The club later moved to its present course in the North Saskatchewan River valley, which opened around 1969–1971. Sources found did not say exactly where the original course was or what replaced it.
