History
Founded in 1911 as Shaughnessy Heights Golf Club, the club moved from its original Oak Street site to a 162-acre property on Southwest Marine Drive along the Fraser River, leased from the Musqueam Nation, where a new A.V. Macan course opened in 1960. The lease was at the centre of the 1984 Supreme Court case Guerin v. The Queen, and it runs until 2033. The course has hosted the Canadian Open several times, including in 2005 and 2011, and the CPKC Women's Open in 2023.
