History

Oxford Golf and Country Club of Woodstock, Ontario, played on a 9-hole course before it built its 18-hole Craigowan course north of the city, which was designed by C.E. "Robbie" Robinson and opened in 1959. The original course is no longer a golf course. Its exact site, opening date and designer were not confirmed. The club company sold Craigowan to Cardinal Golf Group in 2017 and was placed in liquidation in 2025.
